Ordering Instructions
- This is a pre-order store, meaning items are batched together twice per month and produced as a group
- Orders placed on the 1st-15th: Process on the 16th and are shipped on or before the 31st (or last day of) of the following month
- Orders placed on the 16th-31st (or last day of the month): Process on the 1st and ship on or before the 15th of the next month
- Occasionally items are on backorder. When this is the case, the rest of your order will be shipped and you will be contacted about the backorder.
- Returns and exchanges are not available at this time due to the customized nature of this process.
